Hello - I have a bisque or porcelain doll that belonged to my Mom that she brought with her from Amsterdam when she married my Dad during the war. I am mostly looking for some information regarding this doll as to if it is valuable or if anyone is interested in this type of doll anymore. I would appreciate any information you can give me or any contact names that may be able to help me. I can also send some pictures of the doll if that would help. The doll is exactly as it was when it came from Amsterdam originally. I have a picture of it laying beside me when I was a baby and the doll was larger than I was. I have keep it intact as best I can ever since. Everything is still original, or as original as it was when it passed into my hands. I have it wrapped up and in a wooden and glass case where it has been for the past number of years now. I was born in 1962, so the doll is older than I am, or I suspect she is. She is still in the original clothing that she was when I got her and I have done nothing to change her in any way.
